Buying a Puppy

All of my babies are raised as part of my

family and receive individual love and attention, they are not exposed to a kennel environment, but are raised in my home.I pride myself because I breed for the love and betterment of the breed and for quality ,not quantity. Please feel free to contact me for any information regarding Chihuahuas and Yorkies.

I am a small exclusive Registered breeder
We take extreme care to prepare for the arrival of each pup - see our nursery!!
And keep your eye on this page for news on new arrivals! Have a look at our lovely dogs and if you want a puppy let us know!

All my pups are vet checked, dewormed and inoculated. On departure each pup's new owner receives a vet card, blanket and a toy. Sold as pets.

New Owners Booking Form

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve one of my babies. The balance is paid when you come and fetch him/her.

My favourite things
that no toy dog owner should be without

shampoo, protexin soluble, , brush, comb, frontline, ultrum spray

FEEDING YOUR BABY WHEN TAKING IT HOME WITH YOU

My puppies are weaned on ROYAL CANIN  . A little bit is soaked in boiling water, and allowed to swell. As their teeth are not properly developed yet, the food is mashed with a fork to the consistency of baby cereal. I also add a little bit of PROTEXIN SOLUBLE to the mix.

Once a pup seems to manage the mashed pellets, progress to DRY ROYAL CANIN  and see if they cope with the chewing….

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY HAVE FRESH WATER.

DEWORMING AND VACCINATIONS

THEY HAVE BEEN DEWORMED AND HAD THEIR FIRST INJECTIONS.
CHECK ON THE VET CARD TO SEE WHEN THEY NEED TO GO FOR THEIR NEXT VACCINES.

I DEWORM MY DOGS EVERY 3 MONTHS.
I ALSO TAKE THEM FOR YEARLY VACCINES.

NB

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO LET THEM DOWN IN STRANGE PLACES OR WHERE OTHER CROWDS OF DOGS HAVE BEEN, THEY CAN PICK UP TUMMY VIRUSES SO QUICKLY. A pup's immune system is not fully developed yet, and they are still on a vaccination program in their first few months.

ABOUT LEASHES

I don’t recommend using a leash and collar for walks. Attach a leash to a body harness, not a collar. The collar is only to hold dog tags, not drag the dog around.

These are small dogs. Tugging and pulling on the collar around your dog’s neck can contribute to a collapsed trachea and other neck damage. Use a body harness.
